What is BHD ?
The Big Hiring Days are virtual job fair; it will help Talent reach to multiple companies on the same day and with an effort to help talent get a best job on the same day. It will also help Employers to close multiple openings on the same day with the best Talent available. Talent can apply to multiple job opportunities throughout the event and explore numerous possibilities across multiple locations.
Will I get a confirmed job during BHD ?
The Big Hiring Days is an opportunity to meet with the Employer and explore possibilities of getting a job. While it does not guarantee a job. it does provide multiple opportunities to interact with Employers for various roles that may be suitable for you.
What if I do not get a job during BHD ?
In case you do not get a job during the event then our Placement Coordinator will continue to work with you in finding your dream job. Alternatively, we will invite you again after a month to attend similar event with different job opportunities, so that you can explore possibilities once again.
How and when will I connect with the Employer ?
During the Big Hiring Days, candidates whose profile is matching with the Job Description will be shortlisted and their profiles will be shared with the Employers. Once the candidate are shortlisted, then we will share the list of candidates along with their profile to the Employer for selection. The selected candidates are requested to visit the Office for Face to Face Interview with the Employer.
Will I get job offer on the same day ?
Initially screening and shortlisting of candidates will be conducted during the Big Hiring Days. The Final Interview will take place at the office location of the Employer. You will be informed if you are shortlisted or rejected for the position during the Big Hiring Days. In case your profile is not shortlisted for any position, then our Placement cell will continue to provide you with relevant job recommendations on Gigin Platform.
What type of roles are getting hired during BHD ?
We have more than 100 Employers empanelled for the Big Hiring Day event and they offer variety of roles including Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, Cafe Manager, Nursing Assistant, Paramedics, Pizza Makers, Pickers, Packers, Customer Support, Tele-Sales, Digital Marketing, Work From Home, Delivery Boy, Driver, Mechanic, Chef, Operations, Technician, Steward, and many more similar roles.

During the Big Hiring Days, candidates whose profile is matching with the Job Description will be shortlisted and their profiles will be shared with the Employers. Once the candidate are shortlisted, then we will share the list of candidates along with their profile to the Employer for selection. The selected candidates are requested to visit the Office for Face to Face Interview with the Employer.
What should I expect during BHD ?
Candidate can expect to receive an calendar invite 2 days prior to the event. This is to ensure that the calendars are pre-booked and you can attend the interview with ease. On the day of the event, our Talent Specialist will screen your profile and suggest suitable job opportunities as per your skills, education and experience. Follow-up discussion with be scheduled with Employers within a week for the shortlisted candidates.
What support Gigin Placement Cell will provide during and after BHD ?
Daily more than 1000 Employers join our Platform. Our Placement Coordinator will recommend matching Jobs as per your profile to you. Placement cell will continue to work with you in finding your dream job. They will also invite you to attend any upcoming Big Hiring Day events.
When and where my interview will take place ?
The Initial interview and Screening will take place during the Big Hiring Days. The Shortlisted candidates will be requested to meet the Employer at their office location. Final Interview and Offer letter roll-out will be completed by Employer within one week of the Big Hiring Day event.
How much salary job can I expect during BHD ?
Salary ranges differ based upon Client, Role, Location and Level. Salary for the Role will be informed to you during initial screening. Once you are okay with the salary, then only subsequent interview rounds will take place.
