Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries or provide support.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers through effective communication.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly call quotas and lead-generation targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in [Language(s)] (e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages).
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
