The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, engage with potential customers over the phone, and convert leads into successful loan applications. The Telesales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Way2BankLoan's loan products including business loans, personal loans, home loans, and car loans. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing suitable loan solutions. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and terms of various loan products to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, providing timely assistance and information to customers throughout the loan application process. Accurately record customer interactions and details of transactions in the company's CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements:Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers over the phone. Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of loan products and financial services terminology is desirable. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric approach. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field is preferred.
