Job Profile : Intimation calling 30 days prior to the Risk Expiry and Marking Intimation mail along with Renewal Notice to Clients as and when required. Forwarding the Renewal Leads to concerned RM's and following up for their closure. Giving intimation calls, reminder calls and marking mails on exsiting clients data. Making back-ups for punching and reporting the same in Business MIS Handling inbound queries. Following up with Concerned Stakeholders for Client Queries
