Education: Graduation (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
π» Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
π» Resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues.
π» Follow established protocols and scripts for various customer scenarios.
π» Meet call quality standards and performance metrics.
π» Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
π» Provide product/service information and guidance to customers.
Issue Resolution: Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in handling a Voice Process (Domestic or International).
Excellent verbal communication skills with clear pronunciation
Fluent English with good comprehension abilities
Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
Experience with CRM software or quick ability to learn new systems
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Patient and empathetic approach to customer issues
