As a Pickup and Drop Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe transportation of goods, packages, or passengers to their designated destinations. Your responsibilities will include picking up items or passengers, ensuring their safe transit, and delivering them efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Pickup and Delivery: Safely pick up and drop off items or passengers at designated locations.
Route Planning: Efficiently plan and follow optimal routes to save time and fuel.
Safety: Adhere to all traffic rules and maintain a high level of safety during transportation.
Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the assigned vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients' needs are met and their goods are handled with care.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and any issues encountered during transportation.
Communication: Keep open and effective communication with dispatch or clients for updates and changes in schedules.
Problem Solving: Resolve issues and obstacles that may arise during transportation, such as traffic or delivery delays.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license.
