Guest Relation Officer
Department : Food & Beverage Service
Reporting To: Chief Hospitality Officer
Role Summary:
Oversee operations to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, handle complaints, maintain quality standards, and support team management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage pre-opening and post-closing tasks.
• Address and resolve guest complaints effectively.
• Supervise cash handling and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Oversee inventory management and minimize wastage.
• Develop duty rosters and boost team performance through training.
• Generate operational reports and collaborate with management for process improvements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial analysis skills.
• Proven success in business development and achieving sales targets
