· Welcoming customers and identifying their preferences.
· Timely confirmations & work reports to be given to the Reporting manager.
· Retaining customers by maintaining customer loyalty & remembering their preferences.
· Maintaining personal hygiene & keeping the workstation (Salon) tidy.
· Building our/ your client base and converting business from new clients to requests and making sure clients are aware of all other services available in the salon.
· Build your retail totals.
· Assisting the BBLUNT team in and out of the salon, on shoots, seminars, academy, and shows, whenever required.
· Be available to help at reception when needed.
· Assist seniors in stock control/ stock management.
