Overview:
As a Home Care Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. You'll be responsible for assessing patients' needs, administering treatments, coordinating care plans, and educating both patients and their families about health management.
Responsibilities:
•Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient's health status and develop individualized care plans.
•Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed by physicians.
•Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
•Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and effective communication.
•Provide patient education on managing illnesses, and medications, and promoting overall health.
•Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as necessary.
•Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Qualifications:
• B.sc Nursing, GNM & ANM
• Fresher & Experience
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
