We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our products/services to new and existing customers in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and promote/sell products/services to new and existing customers in the field.
2. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's revenue.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
5. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the sales team.
6. Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit sales reports, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: Freshers and any of experience in sales.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
