Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and prospects, initiating contact to present our services and explain their features and benefits.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
Deliver persuasive sales pitches to engage and convince potential customers to make a purchase.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or objections and providing accurate information.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the organization, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and guide potential customers through the sales process.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including notes on discussions, objections, and outcomes.
Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer concerns, objections, and market trends.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound telesales is required.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong sales acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in credit card/loan telesales, and being multilingual is a bonus.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive fixed salary range of INR 15,000 - 30,000 per month, with additional uncapped incentives on each sale.
Potential for earning additional incentives of INR 10,000 - 20,000 per month over and above the fixed salary.
Day shift with fixed hours and no overtime.
