Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets.
▎Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
▎Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing is preferred.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
