Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, providing information about our courses, and assisting them through the enrollment process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about our coaching programs and services.
Answer queries related to courses, schedules, fees, and other relevant information.
Maintain a database of potential leads and follow up as necessary.
Schedule appointments for students to meet with our counselors.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement tele-calling strategies.
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly call metrics and outcomes.
Provide feedback on student inquiries to help improve our services.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
