4. What is a Gigin Partner Program (GPP)?
To partner with Agencies across India and provide business opportunities and extensive networks and resources to attract candidates with diverse skill sets and backgrounds, which can helpGigin Clients to close more hiring and provide Gigin Partners with earning opportunities.
5. How can anyone Enroll in GCP?
- Any Indian adult above 18 years of age is eligible to enroll
- Interested individuals should fill out the GPP Registration Form; upon submission confirmation email will be sent to the registered email.
- Registered individuals will get an invitation to attend Orientation, followed by onboarding of a Partner.
6. How much money can I expect to earn after undergoing GCP?
Partners can earn from INR 50,000 to INR 5,00,000 subject to the completion of work assignments as per the timeline.
7.What is the expectation from a Gigin Partner?
As a Gigin Partner you will be responsible for Lead Generation, Screening, Shortlisting, Interview Coordination, and successful hiring of candidates as per the Job Description of Gigin Clients.
8. What will I receive the payment for the services provided under GCP?
Partner will receive payments directly to your bank account from Gigin Technologies Private Limited post deduction of Gigin commission and applicable taxes.
Partners can earn from INR 50,000 to INR 500,000 subject to the completion of work assignments as per the timeline.
9. How much time will it take to process the payment?
Gigin Technologies will process the payment upon receiving the service fees from its Client. The client processes service fees within 30 to 90 days of sourcing a candidate.
Once a candidate is hired on the Client’s payroll, the hired candidate is expected to spend a minimum of 30 to 90 days on the Client’s payroll before becoming eligible for payment.
Once a candidate leaves the Client immediately after joining then the service fees are not processed to Gigin Technologies and thus Gigin will be unable to process services fees for such candidates.
10. Any Service Agreement I need to sign before joining as a Gigin Partner?
Upon completion of your orientation, you need to sign the Service Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Authorization Letter, and Non-Poaching clause.
11. How can you ensure the quality of candidates?
Gigin Partner should have a thorough screening process in place to assess the qualifications and experience of candidates. This may include conducting initial phone interviews, skills assessments, reference checks, and background verifications. The aim is to provide candidates who closely match Client requirements.
12. Can I work with Gigin Competitors simultaneously?
No, you cannot work with Gigin Competitors simultaneously. It is essential to communicate your expectations and ensure clear coordination between other clients to avoid any conflicts or duplications.
13. How long does the hiring process usually take?
The duration of the hiring process can vary depending on the complexity of the role, market conditions, and the availability of suitable candidates. Generally, it can take anywhere from a few weeks to a month to complete the hiring process.
14. How can I evaluate the effectiveness of the partnership with Gigin?
You can evaluate the effectiveness of the partnership by submitting quality candidates, the speed of the hiring process, the responsiveness and communication, and the overall success rate of placements made. Regular feedback and open communication with the agency are key to a successful partnership.
