Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Achieving revenue targets: Closing all hiring targets and contributing towards monthly revenue goals.
Candidate Retention: Regularly connect with the candidate for better engagement & referrals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing updates on product changes, enhancements, and best practices.
Client Retention: Develop and execute client retention strategies to ensure long-term relationships. Monitor client usage and engagement to identify potential churn risks and take preventive actions.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions. Generate regular reports on client success and account health.
Service Delivery: Hire all requirements of Clients within the defined TAT, and raise the invoices as per the timeline.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
Ability to work in a Startup culture
Typically, 1-3 years of relevant experience in client success, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to actively listen to clients, empathize with their needs, and provide effective solutions
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address client issues and challenges effectively
A genuine passion for customer success and a customer-centric mindset
Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and responsibilities simultaneously
Ability to gather feedback from clients and act upon it for continuous improvement
The ability to adapt to changing client needs and company priorities
Shifts Structure: 10 a.m to 7 p.m
