We, Dekho Mechanic, are hiring for the Senior BDA/TL position at our company. Dear sales folks, it’s a great opportunity to nourish your skills and grab the position along with promotion.As a Senior BDA, you will reach out to prospects and engage them to purchase our packages. There will be an OJT period of 1 month where you must generate 28,000/- of revenue to clear the OJT. There will be a payout of 4,000/- during this OJT clearance period. Promotion part: As a Senior BDA in the OJT program if you can generate 10,000/- of revenue in 10 days then you will be directly promoted as a Sales Team Leader and will not be required to serve 1 month to get 28,000/-.Qualifications: Must be Graduated Sales experience in B2C preferred (not mandatory) Self-driven and comfortable working in fast-paced organisation Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Regional languages is a must Inside sales experience is a plus Experience: 6 months – 1 year in Sales CTC: 3 LPA – 4.5 LPA
