GIA Loops & Workflows
Build the hiring process once. Gia runs it every time.
Define your assessment criteria, outreach sequence, and escalation rules for a role type. Gia executes that workflow on every application - consistently, at any hour, without a recruiter triggering each step.
What is GIA Loops?
GIA Loops is recruiting workflow automation software that enables talent teams to configure multi-step hiring workflows once and execute them automatically across every candidate-triggered by candidate actions, timelines, or hiring milestones without manual intervention.
How it works
Loop elements
Every GIA Loop is made up of six configurable elements.
Configuring assessment criteria for every new role posting - recruiter triggers each step manually
GIA Loops save the full workflow per role type - Gia executes it on every future application
Configure once per role type. Gia runs every application automatically
Loop setup: ~30 minutes for the first role type
- 1. Define role criteria - 10 min
- 2. Set the question set - 10 min
- 3. Configure branching - 5 min
- 4. Set timeout rules - 2 min
- 5. Test the loop - 5 min
- 6. Activate and deploy - immediate
Subsequent role types: 10–15 minutes each.

US role type templates
A GIA Loop configured in 30 minutes runs on every future role of that type without additional recruiter setup. The first configuration is the only configuration.
Platform
How GIA Loops connects to the platform
Assessment calls are the core action inside most loops.
Resume screening can be configured as a first step before the assessment call.
Outreach and follow-up sequences run as part of the loop.
Candidates who exit a loop are captured in the talent pool for future re-engagement.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Running Gia on each role individually means configuring the assessment criteria for every new role posting. A GIA Loop saves that configuration as a reusable workflow for a role type - every Sales AE posting uses the same loop, every Engineering posting uses its own. Set it up once; Gia runs it on every future role of that type.
Yes. You can create separate loops for 'Sales AE - Mid-Market' and 'Sales AE - Enterprise' with different question sets, criteria, and compensation ranges.
Candidates already in the loop continue with the criteria that were active when they entered. Updated criteria apply only to new candidates. This prevents inconsistent assessment within the same role's candidate set.
No limit. Gigin's infrastructure scales with your volume. Running 50 loops across 50 open roles is the same as running one.
Human-in-the-loop refers to points where Gia pauses and waits for recruiter input. In the standard loop, this happens at shortlist delivery - Gia delivers the shortlist, the recruiter reviews it, and decides which candidates advance. Additional review points can be added at any stage.
