Yes. Every candidate has a score explanation - which criteria they met, which they didn't, and what Gia found in the resume that informed the score. The recruiter can review any candidate's explanation and override the ranking.
No - it precedes it. Resume screening filters the inbound pool so Gia prioritises assessment calls on the strongest applicants first. For very high-volume roles, resume screening reduces the call volume to a manageable shortlist.
