Yes. When a new role opens, Gia searches the talent pool first - surfacing candidates who have already been assessed and may be a fit for the new requirement. Previously assessed candidates can be re-engaged without starting from scratch.
A standard ATS stores candidates who applied. The talent pool captures everyone Gia has touched - including sourced candidates who were contacted but didn't apply, and assessed candidates from previous roles who weren't hired. It grows with every role Gia runs.
Indefinitely, unless a candidate opts out or requests deletion. Candidates who opt out are immediately removed.
Not currently - the talent pool is an internal recruiter tool. Candidates can update their availability via Gia's outreach messages.
