Bi-directional ATS sync

For teams keeping their existing ATS. Candidates sourced and assessed by Gia flow into Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or Bullhorn at the stage you configure. Stage updates in those systems sync back to Gigin.

For Workday and other HRIS systems. When a candidate accepts an offer in Gigin, their data is exported to Workday automatically - no manual data entry for the HR team.

Job board connections

Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, and Monster connect for bi-directional job posting and application ingestion. Post once in Gigin; applications arrive regardless of which board they used.

REST API

Any system with API access can connect to Gigin. Custom integration support is available on Enterprise plans for proprietary HRIS, BI tools, or internal systems.

Yes. The Greenhouse integration is bi-directional - candidates sourced and assessed by Gia flow into Greenhouse at the stage you configure, and stage updates in Greenhouse sync back to Gigin.

The Bullhorn integration syncs candidates and job orders bi-directionally. Gia assessment notes and scores appear in the candidate record in Bullhorn. Placements made in Bullhorn update the Gigin pipeline automatically.

Gigin has a REST API. Any system with API access can be connected. Custom integration support is available on Enterprise plans.

Yes. Gigin's native ATS, pipeline tracking, and analytics are fully functional without any external integration. Many teams start with Gigin standalone and add integrations as needed.

When a candidate accepts an offer in Gigin, their data is automatically exported to Workday - name, contact details, role, start date, and any other configured fields. No manual data entry for the HR team.

Enterprise plans have no enforced rate limit. Standard plans have a configurable rate limit that covers typical usage. Contact the team if you need specific throughput guarantees.
